Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for merchandise or event tickets. Please read the product descriptions and event details carefully before making a purchase.

 

Merchandise

We do not accept returns on merchandise for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or any other reason. The only exception to our no-return policy is for items with a manufacturing defect.

• Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it for a new, non-defective item. To initiate an exchange for a defective product, please contact us at tougecon@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description and photos of the defect. We reserve the right to inspect the item to confirm the defect before processing the exchange.

Event Tickets

All ticket sales for TougeCon LLC events are final and non-refundable.

• Weather Policy: Our events are held rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to weather conditions.

• Cancellation Policy: TougeCon LLC reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and will receive a full refund for the ticket price. We are not responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred by ticket holders in connection with a canceled event.

Shipping

We are not responsible for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. All claims for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments must be filed with the shipping carrier.
